The app is designed for business sales operations, customer visits, lead management, order tracking, collections, and ERP synchronization.

• Account information such as your ERP user, sales person, employee profile, and assigned permissions.
• Business data such as leads, customers, visits, sales orders, invoices, receipts, notes, and collection information.
• Device and diagnostic information such as app errors, sync status, queued actions, timestamps, and technical logs used to troubleshoot issues.
• Contact phone numbers selected by you from your device contacts when you choose to fill a phone field from contacts.

3. Contacts Permission

The app requests access to contacts only to let you choose a phone number from your device contacts and place it into a lead, customer, or contact card phone field.

We do not upload your full address book. We do not scan your contacts in the background. A contact phone number is used only after you actively select it, and the selected number may be saved to the ERP as part of the relevant business record.

4. Location Permission

Location access is used for sales operations, including visit verification, nearby customer or lead discovery, and activity reporting. The app may collect location while in use and, where enabled by the organization.
